So while my father was posting snarky comments to my wall on facebook, i was outside enjoying what i had presumed to be a much warmer day than it actually was. I went into Manhattan and came up out of the subway at union square into an intolerable crowd and white feathers. I turned around and saw a throng of folks with pillows. It was a large public pillow fight. I turned to the cop next to me and asked what was going on. She replied ruefully, "well, it's ahhh...it's a
