Love to all Goathairs -
Big and small -
telephoning or no call
maybe kicking a ball
loving Maine's leaves in fall
bounding down the hall
not found in the mall
sometimes banging head against wall
more often not tall
Love to all Goathairs -
found everywhere
sitting in chairs
running down stairs
hugging teddy bears
breathing the air
going to county fairs
trotting upstairs
sewing up tears
Love to all Goathairs -
in the spirit of Dr. Suess
making rhymes real loose
hope it gives your hearts a boost
and gives me a kick in the caboose
